Privacy Policy

Who we are. traderzclub.com and the TRADERSZCLUB Telegram channels are run by Xhonatan Teta, Albania ("TraderzClub", "we", "us"). Contact: [email protected] or @traderszclub_admin on Telegram.

1. What we collect

We keep data to a minimum. This website has no account system, no contact forms, no advertising trackers and no analytics cookies.

Technical data: like every website, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
Telegram: when you use our bot, buy with Telegram Stars or join our channels, we see your Telegram user ID, name and username, and the Stars payment reference. We use them to deliver what you bought (for example a course invite) and to give support.
Messages you send us: if you contact us by email or Telegram (for example your broker account ID for the giveaway, or a payment screenshot), we keep that message to verify and answer you.
Crypto and PayPal payments: we see the payment details shown to us by the blockchain or PayPal (amount, wallet or PayPal name, reference) to confirm your purchase.

2. What we don't do

We never ask for your passwords, card numbers, wallet seed phrases or private keys.
We don't sell or rent your data.
We don't receive your broker deposits or trading account access.

3. Third-party services

Some features are provided by other companies, each with its own privacy policy:

Cloudflare (website hosting and email forwarding)
Telegram (channels, bot and Stars payments)
PayPal and public blockchains (alternative payments)
Google Fonts and cdnjs (fonts and a small QR-code script loaded by the page)
STARTRADER: if you open a broker account through our partner link, STARTRADER handles that account and your data under its own privacy policy. As an introducing partner we may see that an account was opened through our link and basic trading volume, not your password or personal documents.

4. How long we keep data

Support messages and payment records are kept as long as needed to deliver your purchase, handle refunds and meet legal obligations, and then deleted.

5. Your rights

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you by writing to [email protected]. We answer within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to the Albanian data protection authority (Information and Data Protection Commissioner).

6. Age

Our services are for adults only (18+). We don't knowingly collect data from minors.

7. Changes

If we change this policy, we update the date at the top of this page.
